1. Nature of Services Offered
wbchse.in provides the following digital and instant-delivery services (including but not limited to):
- Online application form filling and submission
- Payment facilitations for examinations, registration, and other fees
- Admit card download
- Results and marksheet viewing/download
- Migration certificate, duplicate marksheet, and other certificate services
- Any other instant online educational services
These services are non-tangible, irrevocable, and instantly delivered upon successful payment.
2. When Refund is Applicable (Eligible Cases)
A full or partial refund may be processed only in the following exceptional cases:

3. When Refund is NOT Applicable (Non-Refundable Cases)
No refund will be processed under the following circumstances:
- The service has been successfully delivered (e.g., form submitted, admit card generated, result displayed, certificate downloaded).
- The user provided incorrect information (name, roll number, registration number, etc.) leading to errors.
- Change of mind after successful submission or download.
- Request raised after 24 hours of successful transaction (except duplicate payment cases).
- Any attempt to misuse the platform or fraudulent transactions.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
- The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, wallet, etc.).
- Any charges levied by the bank or payment gateway will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds for payments made via bank transfer/NEFT may take up to 15 working days.

- Screenshot of payment receipt (if available)
- Clear reason for the refund request

6. Cancellation Policy
- Since all services are delivered instantly upon payment, cancellation is not possible once the transaction is successful and the service is rendered.
- In case of ongoing technical issues preventing service delivery, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any payment-related disputes, we follow the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and applicable consumer protection laws. If the issue remains unresolved, you may approach the appropriate consumer forum or banking ombudsman.
8. Modification of Policy
wbchse.in reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
